Enclosed stage completed - another stage raise...

It is time to catch up on our blog.

We have been very busy buying lighting in the last couple of weeks after we have been told by our site administrator that it is time to do so, so that we can provide them at practical completion stage. It is another blog when it comes to picking light fittings for the whole house. I have so much fun in the light shop which we had spent hours.

Let's have a look at our enclosed stage inspection.

Comparing with the pictures in our last blog, all the exterior bricks are now completed. When Michael first got out of the car, he said "Is this the brick color that we picked?". I said "Yes, it looks like it".

During our color appointment back then, we had been told the color that you saw in the studio looks sightly different under the sun light. The designer is not kidding! In the studio, we saw the bricks under cool white light. I think the light tend to make things look more pale than what they actually are. Since we normally drive up every weekend, there is not much surprises for the exterior. On the other hand, the interior looks absolutely amazing. I can really tell the size of each room and what will it looks like with the furniture. 

Our site administrator told us that they have to change the garage roof next week or so, due to the new council regulation which had not been picked up during the plan approval process. The scaffold won't come down unless the change completed. The change won't cost us anything, just something that needs to be done before garage door goes in.
